CV sketch

I’m currently a Ramón y Cajal Researcher at the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA), of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).

tom-Milano-Barcelona-Math-Logic-MathematicalLogic.pngBefore that I spent three more postdoc periods: one at the University of Insubria (Varese, Italy) within the project “Probability Theory of Nonclassical Events” led by Vincenzo Marra; a second one in Barcelona (Spain, 2010–2013) under the supervision of Lluis Godo at the IIIA-CSIC institute for Artificial Intelligence with a project titled “Reasoning under uncertainty: a measure theoretical, logical and algebraic approach”, and another one in Siena (Italy, 2007–2009) under the supervision of Franco Montagna at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science where, in 2006, I obtained the PhD degree in Mathematical Logic and Theoretical Computer Science and, in 2003, I graduated in Mathematics.
